We came together as a team of clinicians, product thinkers, and care operators who’ve experienced a loved one’s need for high quality Home Health.
With experience in value-based care and a shared belief that patients deserve better, we set out to build a simpler, stronger, and more connected approach to skilled nursing care in the home.
